Fees

We charge $200.00 per acute care visit, per child. $100.00 for each additional child seen during the same acute care visit. This is a flat fee-for-service charge. This charge includes any assessments, diagnoses, and consultations needed up to 30 minutes per child. Any time spent after 30 minutes is charged $15.00 per 15 minute time period spent per child.

The following services have additional fees:

• Rapid Strep test: $10.00
• Rapid Influenza test: $20.00
• Rapid RSV test: $20.00
• Urine Dips: $5.00

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, local check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Full payment for service is due at the time of the visit.

Do you accept insurance?

Mobile Pediatrics of Dallas does not participate with any insurance plans at this time. Claim form/ receipts are provided to assist with insurance reimbursement. Most patients are reimbursed 50-80% of the cost by their insurance company.

I have an HSA debit card. Can I use this to pay for the visit fee?

Yes. HSA debit cards may be used to pay for the entire cost of the visit.

Cancellation Policy

Three hours notice is required for a cancellation. The full cost of the visit will be billed for cancellations without 3 hours notice.
